What is NavOnWeb?

NavOnWeb is a pure web based client for Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision). With pure is meant that works like standard html pages from a web browser, without the need to install any additional application or plug-in. No SharePoint, no Flash, no Silverlight needed. With NavOnWeb the Dynamics NAV environment is available through any web browser, on any operating system, on any device, with no need to install any application. NavOnWeb allows on-line connections to MS Dynamics NAV database through web services technology, so that not just business data is exposed but also Dynamics NAV business logic and data validation as well as users authentication and security is done directly from Dynamics NAV. NavOnWeb is a framework to build your own business operation web pages within MS Dynamics NAV that offers a flexible, scalable and fast deployment. With NavOnWeb also Cloud deployments are possible in a very open way (no Azure is needed).
